RISE Holdings opened for recreational sales at its Amherst shop on Mother’s Day, May 12. The Amherst dispensary is cash-only, but also has an ATM. Located on the rural, northwestern edge of the city, RISE also has on-site parking.
The dispensary is owned by Green Thumb Industries, a national marijuana company that also has operations in Maryland, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
