After receiving approval from the CCC, the Lowell medical marijuana began recreational sales at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 16. Patriot Care’s website says it will have purchase limits based on product availability. The store’s parking lot will remain reserved for medical patients, so the company is asking adult-use customers to use one of its two satellite lots — located 190 Plain St. and 30 Industrial Ave. E — both of which will be served by a shuttle.
